Below is a list of frequently asked questions concerning Old School Wrestling. We advise you also check our wrestling terms and HTML Help links for additional information. These questions are in no particular order.

Q: Those images of the wrestlers are cool. How do you make them?

A: We use a program called Poser 4. We also use Photoshop, Paintbrush, Bryce, Studio 3D Max, Rhino 3D and programs.

Q: Can I order an image of my wrestler?

A: If you are a member of the PCW or OSW family, sure. If not, then no. Well if you offer money maybe.

Q: Will you make Poser images for members of my federation?

A: If you pay our artists, we sure can, but they don't work cheap.

Q: I applied to OSW, but received an acceptance letter to another fed. Does this mean I was not accepted to OSW?

A: Yes and no. We have working relationships with other feds. Good work in one of these other feds could certainly lead to a roster spot in OSW. If we refer you to another fed, whether it be the Primetime Wrestling Academy or NTICW, we also run these organizations, so don't fret.

Q: Do in card interviews count towards my RP total?

A: Yes. They will especially help you if a match is close or for pushing an angle.

Q: Do you write or sim your matches?

A: We completely hand write every card.

Q: How many wrestlers may I control at once?

A: A maximum of two, and they should be a tag team. Each member of the team may have a singles career, but the duo should be a tag team first and foremost. Should the team split up, one member of the team should be dropped from the roster.

Q: May I use other wrestlers or their property in my roleplays?

A: No, unless you have permission from the wrestler or the OSW President.

Q: May I use OSW Front office personalities in my roleplays?

A: No, unless you have permission. You MAY use referees or OSW reporters in your roleplays. Injuring OSW personnel in roleplays may (and will) have serious reprisals.

Q: I want to join the OSW Staff. What do I need to do?

A: Generally, we only promote staff from within the ranks of our loyal player base. If you have not been involved in OSW long, it is unlikely you will be considered for a staff position.

Q: I work in management for another efed. How did you guys get so high in all the top 100 and 1000 efed polls? Can you help me to do the same?

A: We have achieve our high rankings through hard work, popularity and some script work. We will be happy to advise any fed on how to start up and rise in the rankings, but we will not share our technical expertise unless your fed has some resouces/services to trade back in return.

Q: I am in another fed. May I post an announcement on OSW's boards promoting the other fed or looking for members?

A: You may not. If you are are a participant in OSW, you will be fired for such an offense, and yes, we have ways of knowing who you are, even if you post under another name. If you come from another federation and spam our boards, expect to be blacklisted.

Q: I lost my match. Who can I complain to?

A: You can complain to the mirror or talk to the hand. Take your pick.

Q: I run a federation and want to affiliate my fed with OSW. How do I go about doing this?

A: Drop us an email at oswsubmit@hotmail.com and we will be happy to discuss the details.

Q: I used to be in OSW, now I want to return. Am I automatically accepted?

A: No, you are not. You must send in another application and we will drop you an email.

Q: What is Primetime Central?

A: Primetime Central is a collaboration of federations who work together for promotional purposes and fun.
